Principle
SMAZ FOCUSED ULTRASOUND is a Focused Ultrasound technology. Its well-design-round-shaped converter on the handpiece will emit low energy with high potential through the specific target. Physician is able to select the frequency of 4 MHZ and 7 MHZ which can transfer the energy to a depth of 1.5 mm, 3 mm, and 4.5 mm.
Ultrasound energy from handpiece will transform to heat energy in a form of many small dots and precisely penetrate to the treatment skin layers. At depth of 1.5 mm, energy will go through superficial skin layer; at depth of 3 mm, energy will go through deep skin layer; at depth of 4.5 mm, energy will go through SMAS (Superficial Muscular Aponeurotic System). The heat energy at targeted layers will stimulate collagen constriction and new collagen production.
