EnerJet

EnerJet

What is EnerJet?

EnerJet is an innovative treatment for aesthetics and dermatological applications. They bring together a patented energy-based intradermal, or skin, delivery technology called Jet Volumetric Remodeling (JVR), a needle-free technology that simultaneously delivers kinetic energy and a healing compound enabling a controlled deep injury profile effect for the remodeling of the dermis with a mechanism to create a unique micro-trauma profile. The fusion of the two is a completely new way to introduce therapeutic and aesthetic compounds in an even, lateral and rapid way – with less discomfort and no needles or thermal energy.

Today EnerJet treatments are being used for a wide range of aesthetic indications. It has the potential to be the foundation for new devices and therapies across a broad range of medical disciplines. JVR technology is versatile and effective. It allows the development of a single platform with numerous indications. While the EnerJet line is currently powering a range of solutions in aesthetic medicine, it has the potential to be the foundation for new drug-delivery devices across an unlimited range of disciplines beyond dermatology and plastic surgery.

APPLICATIONS

Nonsurgical facelift (Tissue Remodeling)

  1. Scars Remodeling (Scar Repair)

  • Acne scars
  • Stretch marks
  • Keloid scars
  1. Dermal Thickening (Skin Regeneration)

  • Facial decollete
  • Necklines
  • Hand veins

JVR Technology

Jet Volumetric Remodeling

  • Powerful pneumatic injection delivers the compound into deeper layers of the skin.
  • Jet disperses into target zone covering 1,000 times entry point.
  • Immediate volumetric impact with long-lasting structural effect.
  • Characterized by reduced collagen and elastin fibers
  • Wrinkled appearance
  • Brittle texture
  • Dryness

ImageDetails

The drug, acting as thousands of nano-bullets, spreads laterally due to the high-pressure power. The drug spreading causes wound size as small as a micron level (Micro Trauma), which will stimulate the production of collagen and increase the strength of the fibroblasts. As the production of collagen and fibers, the strength of skin structure will be improved.

This picture shows the transmission of hyaluronic acid by using kinetic energy. It is driven through a very small entrance on the outer skin layer (epidermis) into the SMAS layer, and, with the molecules of the substance combined with the kinetic energy, the substance is distributed throughout the SMAS layer.

The hyaluronic agent starts working. With the natural healing mechanism of the body, the skin improves its structure. The skin will be saturated and moisturized causing the production of new collagen.

Over time, with the natural mechanisms of the skin in the treatment area, the skin's structure orderly reorganizes the collagen fiber network, making tight, strength, and voluminous skin. The treatment result, therefore, will last for 6-18 months.

Indications for Treatment

  1. People who want to undergo a medical procedure but are afraid of needles
  2. Suitable for people who have a sagging face, not firm, not tightened.
  3. People with droopy eyelids (Ptosis)
  4. People with acne scars or rolling scars
  5. Keloid areas
  6. Stretch mark areas
  7. Wrinkle areas
        7.1 Back of the hand
        7.2 Aroud the chest (décolletage)
        7.3 Cheek area
        7.4 Neck area
        7.5 Around the eyes area

Is Enerjet safe?

Safety is one of the leading advantages of EnerJet technology. Because it is active in the dermis, damage to the epidermis is avoided. The tiny entry points are up to only 200 microns. No needles are required. Only the target skin layer is treated. EnerJet technology also enables treating all skin types, all year round, without any risk of burns.

Enerjet benefits

  • Facial lifting
  • Scar repair
  • Skin remodeling

Immediate visible and long-lasting results. The minimal number of treatments (Up to three). No thermal heating, all skin types, all year long. No needles, disposable treatment kit per user

Contraindications

The treatment should not be given to patients with the following conditions:

    • Diabetes
    • Pregnancy and lactation
    • History of collagen vascular disease
    • Ablative or non-ablative laser skin-resurfacing within the preceding 3 months
    • Individuals with chronic skin diseases such as eczema; autoimmune disease
    • Areas exhibiting inflammatory and/or infectious cutaneous diseases (such as herpes)
    • Individuals with known or potential for hypersensitivity to the aesthetic material filler such as Hyaluronic Acid
    • Individuals using anti-coagulant medications and/or clotting disorders
    • Individuals who are known to develop hypertrophic scarring or keloids
    • Individuals that have used steroids in the last 6 months
    • Vitamin A treatments (topically or systemically)within the last 4 weeks
    • Any other medical history upon the physician’s judgment

    Post-Treatment Protocol

    • Immediately following treatment, you may apply an anti-inflammatory or antiseptic ointment, (for example: Threolone)
    • In the case of slight bleeding, it is recommended to press the bleeding point with gauze pads and use a medical solution that stops the bleeding, such as 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide or Heparin
    • Remind the patient not to expose the treated site directly to the sun for at least 48 hours to minimize the risk of pigmentation
    • Patients should apply a high-rating PF sun blocker cream for 7 days following each treatment
    • Patients should avoid taking hot baths, massages, or scratching the skin for two days following the treatment
    • If scabs appear after treatment, they can be softened with a moisturizer
    • Makeup may be applied 24 hours following treatment
