Detoxify by Bath Therapy
Taking a bath in a bathtub that is full of water mixed with “apple cider vinegar” is an alternative way for the body’s detoxification. These ingredients are able to burn superficial fat and enhance the detoxification effect from the inside and out of the cells. This convenient method is easy to do at home by mixing 2 cups of apple cider vinegar poured into an ordinary bathtub which is fully filled with warm water. Then slowly move into the bathtub and stay under the mixture with the entire skin of your body and hair except for the facial area for about 30 minutes. Later on, you can apply your regular shampoo or soap when you shower to rinse off the “apple cider vinegar”. After the bath therapy, you may experience dry skin especially on the palmar and plantar areas. To drink plenty of water for 24 hours is suggested. Bath therapy is safe and it can be done independently at home once a week or in combination with intravenous chelation that we offer in Medisci center.
Another important advice is that you should take a moment to relax and clear your mind. There are several techniques that you can try in order to help you release any stress or tensions in your daily life. Practice meditation or deep breathing exercises, eating healthy foods, drinking water at least 8 glasses a day and a sufficient deep sleep. Practice to sleep no later than 10:00 p.m. and wake up at 6:00 a.m. Avoid using or have any contacts with chemicals such as pesticides and paraquat, and avoid substance abuse like drinking too much alcohol, cigarette smoking or taking prohibited drugs.
